Rates

Plumbing, Heating and Gas Services:

  • Mon-Fri. 8am to 6pm
    £70 for the first hour - £35 per half hour thereafter
  • After Business Hours:
    £100 per hour - £50 per half hour thereafter


Fixed Price Rates:

Boiler Services:

  • Open Flued Boilers (with chimneys) - £100
  • Boilers with Balanced Flue - £80

Landlord Certificates:

  • 1-2 Appliances - £70
  • Other Appliances - £15 each
  • Combined Landlord Gas Safety Certificate and Boiler Service - £120

Power Flushing:

  • Up to 10 Radiators - £500
  • Additional radiators - £50 each

Additional Rates:

  • Bathroom Installations - Please call for a free estimate
  • Boiler Installations - Please call for a free estimate

Timeframes:

We understand that our customers like to know how long a job will take so that they can budget accordingly so we thought it would be handy to include a selection of jobs and the typical timeframes which it takes to complete them. If the job you require is not listed below, feel free to give us a call to see how long your job will typically take.

Occasionally jobs can turn out to be a lot more problematical than originally expected. Simple jobs can turn into complicated jobs should a problem arise. At Pipeline Plumbers we will never leave you in the dark and give you a massive bill at the end. We will always keep you informed if the job requires more time and effort and is likely to be outside of the timeframes outlined below.

Hint: Knowing where your water shuts off and making sure your Engineer has access to this point will save you time and money.

Please Note:
Minimum charge is 1 hour. The total charge to you will be the time spent by our Engineer to do the work. The total charge will include a reasonable time spent for acquiring materials, parking and congestion charge if needed. Parts and materials supplied by us are charged at the trade price plus 20% handling charge. After the first hour, we charge by the half hour. Please ensure that you can pay us when we finish the job. We accept cheques, credit and debit cards to include VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, V Pay and American Express.
